Skilled Healthcare, et al., in which plaintiffs obtained the biggest verdict ever against a nursing home chain for violation of the patients' rights. The firm recently received a $5,000,000 verdict for wrongful death on behalf of the family of a residential nursing home resident suffering from dementia who died as a result of complications from a fall.  Fitzpatrick v.
