Janssen Malloy LLP is thrilled to announce the arrival of our colleague David Nims.  David joins the firm as an Associate Attorney.  He’ll handle criminal defense for our clients, as well as various civil matters.  David served as an intern at both the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office and the Office of  the San Francisco Public Defender.  In 2011, David passed the California Bar and joined the Humboldt County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted serious and violent felonies.  David has successfully tried multiple jury cases to verdict.  David went on to work for the El Dorado County Public Defender’s Office representing juveniles, individuals on conservatorships, and adults charged with misdemeanors and felonies.  An athlete, volunteer, and likeable guy all around, we’re very pleased to welcome David back to Humboldt County.
