Janssen Malloy LLP Partners in the Community

The partners at Janssen Malloy LLP are actively involved in the Humboldt community in which they live and practice law.  Janssen Malloy LLP partner Michael Crowley is a captain and firefighter with the Kneeland Volunteer Fire Department (“Department”), responding to structure, vehicle and wildland fires, as well as providing emergency medical response for people in the Kneeland Fire Protection District.  The Department will soon be receiving new structure fire-fighting turnouts, helmets, boots and SCBA’s (self-contained breathing apparatus) from Measure Z funding.  The Department also has confirmed plans for construction of the long-awaited fire station in Kneeland, with construction due to commence in spring 2016.  Volunteer fire fighters comprise over 70% of the personnel in the United States who respond to fires and provide emergency medical aid.

Seeking justice for clients is just part of the practice of the lawyers at Janssen Malloy LLP.  They also serve on school boards, on boards of directors of local institutions, and as officers of local organizations.  Additionally, they provide pro bono services for groups such as Legal Services of Northern California.  Community involvement takes many forms, and the attorneys at Janssen Malloy LLP exemplify the diversity of that contribution.
